core   Rear Terrace, Withdean, Brighton
Rear Extension   The existing concrete terrace of this property has become very weathered with structural metalwork rusting heavily and cracking the edges of the concrete slab.

A slightly larger and better proportioned terrace has been proposed that includes improved garden access, and with careful design and economic excavation the addition of a useful sunroom and dry storage space beneath.

With the garden access improved and by using a clear glass balustrade a brighter interior is attained with more daylight entering the house, also an improved vista of the Withdean Valley is achieved.
